Starting in February 2025

Recognise and understand what stops you being your best. 

It might be learning it for the first time or it might be a refresher or reminder to help keep you on track - and overcome your procrastination (hey, you're human... we've all been there, haven't we?).

Colleagues and clients will take you more seriously, will want to work with - and for - you even more.  

You will be more resolute in your confidence and mindset, overcoming Imposter Syndrome.

You will develop and renew the skills that will take you to the next step in your leadership, business or career. 

Topics include

  • Gravitas, Presence and Charisma

  • The Resolute Mindset - Confidence 2.0

  • The Negotiator's Mindset and Skillset

  • Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

  • Conflict Confidence and Eloquence

  • ​Compelling Presentations and Speaking Off-the-Cuff with Gravitas

Module Format

There are 6 modules.

The first module is a pre-programme video to introduce the programme, set the foundation and give you some self-reflection guidance.

The 5 following modules comprise 4 component parts:

1. One or two highly-interactive, one-hour small-group zoom sessions - a total of 8 sessions from late Feb 2025 plus a bonus session at the end of June. Each session will be a balance of presentation and lots of discussion.

2. A mini-workbook for each module.

3. A monthly email Q&A.

4. A monthly video summary.  To encourage you to feel comfortable to participate and speak up during the sessions, I'll record the sessions but not share the recordings. Instead, I'll create a new summary video for all to view at the end of each module. ​​

In addition to these 6 modules, we will have 4x 121 virtual sessions (45-minutes): 2 sessions during the programme plus we'll have a pre-programme and post-programme 121 session, so I can tailor the content to all members, ask for feedback after the programme - and we can set your goals going forward to maintain your progress  and momentum.​​

There's also a Bonus group session - our last group session will be a deep dive into a topic/module chosen by the group.

Module Outlines

Pre-programme 121

Help me to understand your learning goals so we can tailor the outline programme for all members to ensure great value for all.

Module 1:
The Gravitas Gauge

The foundation to the programme in a pre-programme video with some self-reflection.

Confidence. Assertiveness. Gravitas. How do they impact on each other? How do they help you to Be More Compelling - or not?

Module 3:
The Negotiator's Mindset & Skillset

I firmly believe that we are, in every single human interaction, in one way or another, always negotiating. So we had better get good at it.

You can learn how to 'negotiate like a lawyer' and 'out-influence' the room in your professional service delivery.

Module 5:
Conflict Confidence & Eloquence

Interpersonal conflict is a fact of life, business and relationships.

Let's build our conflict competence and conflict confidence by understanding how it starts, how it escalates and how it is resolved.

Bonus Session

A recap/deeper dive into a particular topic/module or two chosen by the group (by majority vote if we can't agree!). 

Module 2:
Be More Compelling - Gravitas, Presence & Charisma 

Gravitas is the secret sauce to being more impressive, persuasive and successful as a leader, professional and business person.

When coupled with clarity, charisma and compassion, you will be even more Compelling.

Module 4:
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

Uderstanding what causes, and perpetuates, the self-sabotage that is Imposter Syndrome. Building a resolute mindset and self-identity to keep it in check - and even overcome it.

Module 6:
Compelling Presentations & Speaking Off-the-Cuff  with Gravitas

Let's raise our game when speaking and presenting AND when we have to speak without preparation - whether that's a last-minute request or the (some say, dreaded) Q&A after your presentation.

Post-programme 121:
Recap, Refine & Renew

Let's review your learnings and experience from the programme, the impact we have had and what you need to do to keep making progress and to keep up the momentum.

Programme Dates & Times

Each group session will be for an hour on zoom. If you prefer, you can use Teams as there's a zoom app within Teams.

Sessions will Tuesdays at 4.45pm and Friday lunchtime at 12.45pm about a fortnight apart, but avoiding holidays.


If the dates don't work for you, don't worry. Let me know of your interest as there will be future/concurrent cohorts and I'll freeze your fees until the next cohort.

 

February: Tuesday 25th @ 4.45pm - ideally, give yourself time to complete Module 1 in advance 

March: Tuesday 4th @ 4.45pm  & Friday 21st @ 12.45pm

April : Tuesday 1st @ 4.45pm  & Friday 25th @ 12.45pm (avoiding Easter holidays)

May : Tuesday 6th @ 4.45pm  & Friday 23rd @ 12.45pm

 

June: Tuesday 3rd @ 4.45pm & Bonus session Friday 20th @ 12.45pm - a recap/deeper dive into a particular topic/module or two chosen by the group (by majority vote if we can't agree!).
